The Hollywood actress delighted her fans by sharing a collection of photos that served as a synopsis, including her well-known role as Rachel Green from Friends. On Sunday, February 11, Jennifer Aniston turned 55 years old, and she is currently experiencing one of her greatest times in life.

The Friends protagonist recently experienced the terrible loss of her co-star Matthew Perry, but despite her successful film career, the Hollywood actress still keeps strong relationships with the actors with whom she has starred. In honor of her anniversary, Aniston posted a heartfelt reflection along with a moving video and a well-known poem.

The video started with Rachel Green looking upset at the uncontrollably fast passing of time on the day she decided to celebrate turning thirty.

Then, a series of moments appeared in the video that the Hollywood actor used to celebrate turning 55. “What they don’t tell you about birthdays is that, when you turn a year older, you are also the same age you were before,” she added in a thought-provoking statement that touched everyone. “I was 27, 26, 23, and 19 when I turned 28,” Jennifer Aniston remarked in a voice-over.

“You expect to feel your new age when you wake up on your birthday, but that’s not the case,” he said. You wake up and find that nothing has changed from yesterday; in fact, you don’t feel at all like your new age. I still feel like I’m 27, behind that new year, and I have them.
